Branch Manager



Our client is currently one of the largest banking organisations throughout the UK and Europe.

Due to planned expansion they have a number of Branch management vacancies throughout the UK.

As Branch Manager you will be required to lead, manage and coach your team to achieve and exceed branch objectives across a variety of areas, whilst proactively taking steps to make your branch the most admired financial services provider in your area.

Undertake effective planning to meet customer expectations, anticipating changes in demand. By providing leadership, direction, motivation, coaching and support to team members you will maximise business performance and ensure that relationships

You will have previous management experience and be comfortable working with targets ideally you will have worked in the banking sector before. You maybe currently working within in the sector at a lower level and you are now looking for an opportunity to step up to management alternatively you may just be looking for a fresh start.
