CUSTOMER ADVISOR



BASIC SALARY UPTO £14,500 PLUS UNCAPPED QUARTERLEY BONUS (on target earnings (OTE) £19,000 pro rata + excellent benefits. What a great opportunity to join a leading building society in a Customer Services role! Working within a busy retail financial services environment your role will be to deal with customers on a daily basis coming into the branch. This involves cashiering (dealing with money withdrawals, transferring money to other accounts and opening and closing accounts), discussing different accounts with customers and booking appointments for customers to see a Mortgage Advisor or Financial Advisor. You will be given full training but you must have the confidence to discuss new products and services with the customer. Previous experience is not essential but perhaps you will have worked in a retail sales/customer service or telephone based customer service or call centre environment.
