£13,390 - £16,840 + full benefits package + onsite free parking
If you enjoy sales, working towards goals and targets and want to work in an upbeat positive team environment where you can provide exceptional Customer Service we may well have the perfect role for you. If you have a strong customer service background and have some sales experience whether it is working in Retail, Call Centres, Finanical Services or a variety of industry sectors we have a number of great positions. Talking to customers over the telephone and assisting with enquiries that relate to their Savings Accounts, Mortgages or Investment you will listen to their needs and assist with their queries. Sales experience is essential as you are required to build rapport quickly with the customer and generate leads for additional business which are then passed onto a specialist adviser. Working in a state of the art Contact Centre environment which is modern, light and spacious this really is a friendly, buzzy place to work. Working a sensible shift pattern Monday - Friday and a couple of Saturday shifts a month (between 9 am - 3 pm) with time off in the week when you work on Saturday. As well as quarterly bonuses their are monthly team incentives to be won. Suitable candidates must have good keyboard and communication skills, and have a confident and outgoing attitude. Superb ongoing training and support is offered where you can continually learn and develop
