Would you love to be able to use your language skills in the workplace?? Our client an international communications company are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional. Working within this busy Service Centre you will take incoming calls from customers, clarifying their correct details are entered and ensuring the smooth running of telephone conference calls. Working as part of a team you will monitor and resolve customer issues and record any issues on the central database. You will make sure individual customer requirements are met as per booking instructions and conduct calls with various features with a variety of customers from all nationalities and business levels. Above all you will deliver exceptional customer service at all times remaining focused and committed. Educated to GCSE level in English and Maths suitable candidates will have previous customer service experience, excellent keyboard skills and have a flexible approach to working under pressure. Hours of work are shifts between 7 am - 8pm Monday to Friday
