Basic salary £20-22k + Bonus + Benefits



A new vacancy for a Technical Support Engineer with technology company specializing in state-of-the-art digital display systems. The main purpose of the role will be to provide first-level technical support to customers both on the telephone, and face-to-face, and to be responsible for the implementation and management of the company’s support ticketing system. Candidates should be confident and outgoing individuals with strong communication skills and technical experience in the following areas: -



- Good basic knowledge of Linux operating systems

- Networking experience, and knowledge of tools used to access computers over networks

- Able to demonstrate a good basic understanding of different image formats
