Private Client Solicitor



Well respected Gloucetershire based firm has an opening for a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive.



The successful candidate will have good experience in Wills, Probate, Trust and Tax matters. You will take on management of an existing caseload and promote the firm with a view to securing potential new business. You will be responsible for and have a major input into the future direction of the Private Client department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years pqe, with experience in court of protection and EPA's together with extensive experience also in the areas of Probate, Trust, and Wills.



This is an opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career working within this friendly and progressive team. You should be a strong team player, with excellent communication skills. The role will offer good prospects to advance to Partnership in due course.
